I was wondering if we could have the post counter include graffitti posts. I mean they are posts too and they need to be loved. I think it would be good because there are so many people that post on there. or we could at least give graffitti it's own post count. just not the anonamus posts. then we could have in our profiles a board post count and a graffitti post than total posts. something new to add to the stats page. Do you know what I mean?

the problem with this theory is that some people post anonymously. We don't want to risk, in anyway, such as this, their posts maybe getting found out. As unlikely as it is, this might happen if we have a post counter for grafiti.
Agree with Ather on this one. As pathetically sad as it may sound, there really are users on this site that would check on that kind of thing to see if they could work out who was posting anonymously. Of course the other alternative would be to not include anonymous posts but then the number wouldn't be an accurate reflection at all, indeed in some cases it wouldn't even be close and that, at least to my way of thinking, would make the whole thing all but meaningless.

true but when someone posts annonomusly then don't include that one. It's like on a sight I posts stories on. I've posted 33 signed reviews but I personally know I posted 50 reviews and so uh yeah. It was just a suggestion. I mean like I said the Grafitti posts are posts too. I know I don't make much sense but I just thought it would be a good thing to be added onto the stats page. If you want to show up than don't click the anonomous box.
why not make the feature the user's choice? if they want all posts shown they could check a box saying show all posts or something similar.
or do like I suggest and get rid of the secert post enabled bullcrap. I think the boards there need to count towards our posts too

Well, accurate or not without annonymous posts, I know it's not any where near accurate as it i've been posting sparingly to graffiti for a couple of years, only a handful of humorous ones were ever anonymous, yet I've apparently posted fewer than 10 times.
Also I checked a person's profile today from there graffiti posting, and low and behold, it told me in their profile they hadn't posted to graffiti at all. How can that be? I just read what they wrote there.
